Dr. Teo is a senior orthopaedic surgeon specializing in hip and knee joint replacement, with expertise in computer-assisted, patient-specific, and robotic-assisted surgical techniques. He was awarded the prestigious NUH Young Doctor Award in 2003 for his work in stem cell therapy and completed a clinical fellowship in Joint Replacement Surgery in Melbourne, Australia, under the Ministry of Health Singapore's High Manpower Development Programme (HMDP) scholarship. Dr. Teo is a Senior Clinical Lecturer at the National University of Singapore and Nanyang Technological University, a Core Faculty Member of the NHG Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Programme, an FRCS (Orthopaedic Surgery) examiner, and has mentored orthopaedic surgeons across Southeast Asia and beyond.
