Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility: We welcome all abstracts submitted under eligible categories Trauma, Arthroplasty, Sports and Joint Preservation.
2. Originality: Applicants should not have submitted similar work for this or any other award.
3. New Contributions: Abstracts must not have been presented in whole or in part in any other competition or conference.
4. Presentation History: The research work must not have been presented in any form in other conferences.
5. Expert Review: All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and scored by a panel of esteemed judges to shortlist the top finalists.
6. Communication: All authors will be notified of the status of their submission.
7. Announcement: Winners will be announced during the Closing Ceremony on 16 August 2025.
